• Canada Shipping Address: Customer will need to add GST/HST depending on your shipping location
• International Shipping Address: NO TAX.  However, customer is responsible for local import duty/tax.  Please contact us at sales@mediasonic.ca before place your order.

• USA Shipping Address:  Mediasonic offer FREE shipping to ALL USA shipping address via USPS Priority Mail or UPS including APO / FPO.
  
• Canada Shipping Address: Mediasonic offer FREE shipping to ALL Canadian shipping address via Canada Post or UPS, except Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland.  Please contact us for shipping quote.
  
• International Shipping Address:  We do ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.  Please contact us FIRST at sales@mediasonic.ca

• Mediasonic offer 30 Day return policy.  If you are not satisfy with our product and service, we will accept return and provide full refund in the condition that Buyer pay the shipping back to us.
• There will be no refund after 30 days from the receipt of the product.

• All product purchased from Mediasonic Store has 1 year warranty directly from our store, unless specified in the listing.
